Is layoffs creating bias in the organisation? What will clients do for their project requirements when there's negative news around ?

My client is firing its own employees along with reducing headcount for vendors like tcs. Do you really think they will care about tcs doing the same. They only care about the quality of the delivery.

Not all clients are same, not all employee are same
