Is layoff still going on and ......?

Hi grapevine users,

On Dec 31st I am getting released from the Project due to the client contract ending. I am at C3A designation level having total IT exp of 11years. And around 7years in overall Java Backend development .

My question to you is that

1)within how many days I'll get the Java project in TCS ?

2)Do we have enough Projects of Java in TCS ?

3)Is the layoff still going on in the current situation?

4)Is 35days benchcap is a hard stopper for the senior folks like C3A and above ?
