Is kotak better than ICICI

Hi,

So, this is kinda my first job in ICICI in their SMEG department. I have been working here for since last may and I’m not really liking the work culture. There’s an opening in Kotak Bank in their mid corporate segment.

I want to know if there's any point in switching banks, does the culture change in a different bank or does it stay the same throughout the industry?
