Is JP Morgan Silently firing a lot of People ?

I have observed the same,
I have reached out to one of my friends, he said there was no visibility such as layoffs in the company at least for him People were leaving since they were getting promised to get a hike and bonus which was not happening properly. Maybe that was the reason, If you see the joining month and Jpmc last month gap then it is highly possible of layoff
