Is joining Airtribe good?

I have 3+ experiences in SDE, but I tried switching to another company but failed. Even with referrals and resume as per job description my resume never got shortlisted in Ats. Now the Air tribe is promising me that after the 4 month course they will provide me opportunities for at least an interview in product base companies, if passed I will get the job... Should I join or not??? Course fees 95000+Gst Course contains Java(Advance), Sql and NoSql, Real world projects, creation of LLM models, premium for 18 AI tools like Copilot, OpenAi and many more. 1:1 session with CEOs and current SDE III level professionals, joining a community of 4000+ SDE professionals. Referral from any company I want and lastly mock interviews for same company.
