Really !! one year on bench ? That to lateral joiner great , usually CG will throw outside if resource is on bench more than 2 months

I have seen peope on a4 a5 grade being on bence for 2yrs from 2022 to 2024 they were enjoying and not serious about work. Not sure about current situation. None of them fired
