Is job market getting better?
I've noticed a lot of LinkedIn posts lately about people landing new jobs or switching companies.
Even within my own friend circle, many are making career moves.
Is this the ideal time to switch jobs, or is it just a illusion?
What’s your take?
Market was never bad....it's the individual who was never updating his / her skills.
IT companies who are dependent on foreign clients can get affected but not other sectors like FMCG/FMEG.
Keep learning new things and keep growing and you will land new opportunities :)
That's one factor, but by my personal experience there are a lot more ghost jobs listing, i gave like 6-7 interviews in a month and all of them ghosted after 2-3 rounds😅. Could be skill issue but still other things also factors in.
FMCG gets impacted by altogether different reasons (eg funding in the ecosystem), so not a fair comparison
