I have a friend in jiocinema working as SDE-2 app developer. According to him, management is a bit rude and has like dead/uncle vibes. But the work, atleast for him, is good so he's continuing ig.

I received an offer from viacom18 in Jan, but rejected it mainly because of the interview experience (late scheduling of rounds, plus even I got the uncle vibes from the interviewers as in they were not fully focused, asked rather odd questions etc) apart from the lowball comp they gave me.

24 - 28 (base) I believe for SDE-2 Android position. They have a mandatory 10% variable component. No stocks component in this role. So a simple fixed + PF + variable.

There is no mandatory WFO. I WFH all the time. There is not much strict work hours either, I see folks bunking all the time.
