Trending @Capgemini; Is it worthy it to join EY -18 LPA on first switch? Or should go with Infosys -14 lpa. Considering work pressure plz suggest

You are a young man. EY has a better brand name, projects, hike, bonus and overall better learning opportunities compared to Infosys.

Work pressure and WLB is totally project and team related and has nothing to do with the company as a whole. I had worked at EY and have seen people just work for a few hours and chill while others drown in work day and night. Same is the case with infosys too.

Go for EY.

Join EY on 18 LPA and work for minimum 3 yrs there then change to IT organization… Let go the Worklife Balance for those 3 yrs as you would understand in later years that working in a Big 4 will not only enhance your job portfolio but also will give you long leverage in terms of salary and learnings …. Rest is your call …

If you have no family responsibilities or any other responsibilities I would suggest to go for EY, you can learn a lot

I would suggest to hustle for 2 years in EY , then switch , the learning curve would be great at EY
