Is it worth upgrading iPhone 11 Pro to 17 pro

I was waiting for apple to change something meaningful in its phone since 11 but nothing. Always was so disappointed. This time again, I’m wondering if I should really upgrade it??

I have been following what people especially tech reviewers saying about the new iPhones. From what I have learnt, the base iPhone 17 has a massive bump up in display, storage and chipset making it the most lucrative option amongst all the other variants.
