Is it worth to wait for H1B travel at TCS?
- I have been upskilling myself for past 1 year( I have a total of 10 years of experience at TCS)
- Started giving interviews since Feb, improving my interview handling skills but still not getting clicked.
- TBH, I feel like when I will resign from this company, IDK what happened to TCS, I have been feeling something really wrong for the past 2 years, no recognition, no refills happening, clients are like, OK, TcS employees are leaving the company, we don't care.
- I have been following good RTO for the past 1 year, but still nothing can fill the void inside me, still feeling like a machine, travelling to the office ,no real persons, just everyone are chasing their own survival breads.
Considering all the above, do you really think I need to wait at TCS for next 1 year, believing that I will be travelling to US?
In TCS from last couple of years, when you raise H1B request in ultimatix, that doesn’t guarantee you that actually h1b is filled for you. It’s just an illusion I say. After you raise request and manager/RMG approves it in ultimatix, still in the back end your account send the details and budget to GMS for whom (out of all the nominees) to file in real and for whom not to. For whom the budget is allocated by account level they participate in lottery.At the end for those, the filing didn’t happen they will get same rejected status in ultimatix similarly for those who got rejected in actual lottery processing.
Lottery system - only pinky pinky .. better try some other country project
