Is it worth to switch? Please help

I have over 1.5 years of experience and and my current CTC is 7.75 LPA in a product based startup. Is it worth to switch for 10LPA or should I wait for another offer. I have had enough of negotiations and they can’t go beyond 10LPA. I’m decent at DSA and solved arround 500 problems on Leetcode.

With 1.5 years and decent DSA, you should deserve a lot more.

When I joined current company it had a huge learning opportunity and so I took pay cut because there were layoff all around in start of 2023 and I don’t want to compromise on learning and I thought that learning will help me to grow financially as well, but now I’m disheartened because same company has arround 15LPA base on glassdoor but they will give only 25% increment on base salary. People who has half of my skills are earning quite well.

You should definitely switch. You should accept the 10LPA offer. Only make sure to keep searching during your notice period. Who knows what you might get..

Isn’t my resume would be red flag if I switch too often?

Nope. This is very low. You should be earning atleast 4 CR per year at this age, else you will end up poor.
