Is it worth taking frontend courses?

I'm trying to learn frontend development from scratch so I can really grasp all the concepts properly and in an organized way. At the same time, I want to work on some projects for my resume and prepare for frontend interviews.

I came across some courses on LinkedIn by certain individuals. Should I invest my time in those courses?

What are some top-notch courses or resources that you would recommend?

you want job or you want to learn

ive been doing front end since 1996, self taught. if the latter, I can tell you how I did it. if the former, then i don't have any suggestions.

I want to learn. My focus is being best at what i do. Job is just a outcome of that.

the high level direction is simple - 2 steams that you practice almost daily:

  1. Pick a good CS cg text. Study it cover to cover.
  2. Build a gui framework using just one pixel at a time. create lines, rectangles, circles. then use those to build buttons, dialogs etc. use it to build a simple todo app.

Recently saw someone post abt devdrills.io on reddit. Seems like decent and relatable content
