Is it worth moving to Visa?
I’ve received an offer from Visa with a 43% hike on my current package. The offer is 36 LPA, out of which 3.6 LPA is variable, with a hybrid work model. Currently, I’m working from home earning around 24 LPA fixed comfortably. Do you think it’s worth moving to Visa now?
If they are asking you to relocate in Bangalore then it’s better to be in wfh with mentioned fixed salary
I'm gonna have to move to Bangalore, but it's hybrid, and the salary is not fixed , 3.6 lakhs as variable pay and that's throwing me off ..any idea hows the work culture in visa
What I meant is to take wfh with fixed salary. No need to move out to Bangalore with this ctc 36lpa or so it is equivalent to 24lpa
Minimum requirement to move from 24 lpa wfh to WFO and that too in Bangalore is 40 lpa fixed or some variable will also work
Worked as a contractor there. Learning wise had a good experience there.
