Is it worth joining the scaler academy for a devops ?

Even I am planning to join that course but I confused state since the fee is very expensive

I was already familiar with AWS, GCP, and most DevOps tools. What I felt I was missing were HLD, DSA, and some of the best practices followed in MAANG/FAANG-level teams.

The trainers are from good product companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and Facebook, which helps in understanding how things are done in real-world, large-scale systems.

Overall, the program is quite good for early-career engineers (<6 YOE), who want to build a strong foundation. For experienced folks like me, it works more as a structured push to learn things you could otherwise pick up online.

The biggest plus is consolidation — useful content and notes in one place. When learning on your own, you often have to dig through a lot of noise to find genuinely helpful resources.

I enrolled in Scaler’s DevOps program and so far, it’s been a genuinely valuable experience. If you continue with the scheduled class and assignment. you can extract more from the course.

If your not following the class regularly then it might be diffecult to cope up.

You’ll gain a lot from the assignments alone. My favorite parts were DSA and Linux scripting; they taught me new ways to analyze challenges and approach problems strategically. The only real requirement is consistency—stay persistent with the modules and you’ll see results.
