Hi, as the title says, I have joined Elxsi as a Fresher from Campus and Will be completing my first year in a couple of months. Curious about how appraisals happen for freshers and what would the salary be on first anniversary.

I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA.

I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year).

As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast...
