Is it worth joining IBM ISDL?

Got an offer for GenAI transformation engineer - basically working with compilers and Java (I love working with compilers).

Current - 22+1 Offer from IBM - 35 Fixed + 8JB (over 2 years)

Any inputs which I should consider before accepting the offer?
