Is it worth joining GBS unit at IBM?

Hello All,

I have been assigned to put in GBS unit of IBM. My joining date is in next 1 month. Can anyone please share some insights how is GBS unit as compared to other unit s like ISL/ISDL etc. Please provide some idea of nature of work in GBS? Also, would you recommend joining GBS unit?

Any other insights if you have is greatly appreciated.

GBS is the service division of IBM. ISL and ISDL are product divisions of IBM and the pay is better than GBS. Apart from salary, I don't think there's much difference in terms of benefits between these units.
