Is it worth join Amazon SDE 1 after having 3.2 years of experience in startup, salary wise it's 100% hike,need community help..??

Please know that joining as a SDE1, it will take 1.25-1.5 year in best case scenario to get promoted to SDE2 (this is very very optimistic case), probably will take 2 years in normal case

Money and fame balloon matter in this world, just go for Amazon.

Very much worth it. Not everyone has the opportunity to join Amazon as a SDE. Join as SDE 1, work smart, get to SDE 2 quickly within your 5-6 years of experience.
