Trending @Accenture; Is it worth it to become a Salesforce Developer or should I change my tech stack.

Hi everyone, I joined Accenture recently (L10) as a SF Devloper. I have 2.5years of experience as SF dev also, but I am still getting confused should I continue learning Salesforce, as AI and Automation is taking place rapidly, Is it going to disrupt CRM technologies in coming future.
