Is it worth giving wings1 only biz skill. Will they increase pay if cleared or had to wait for clearing tech as well ?

You need to clear tech, biz skill and process/unit electives 3 tracks

Opinions will be great help. Not sure should I go and give. If no use then I won't waste my time bcz center is 40km away
