Depends on which college you’re doing it in.
IIT/NID in india or any of the top schools abroad like SCAD, RISD, CMU, RCA
I have done neither but have friends from both nid/iit design. Both are great but nid has an edge. For International universities stick to American colleges like CMU, Indiana University, Berkeley purely in the purview of getting well paid jobs post masters. USA > Europe in terms of opportunities and pay.
I did MDes after BTech. I've seen folks do MDes in an area they didn't study enough in BDes (like Interaction Design). I've also seen folks do MDes abroad to increase chances of moving to a new country (easier to get work visa).

Yeah I want to switch from product (UX) to service or design strat role, I would want to come back to india after I pay off my edu loans (if I take any). Did you have any work ex for mdes?
