Trending @Infosys; Is it worth becoming a delivery manager at infosys?

Is it worth staying in infosys and continuing to do good work given that you perform well, and wait for a long time to become a delivery manager like what are the salaries and benefits etc.

This is completely a personal choice, however the structure gets leaner as you move up in the organisation. Salaries are still on the lower end as compared to other organisations. If you are happy with the quality of work, no major inclination towards compensations and certin flexibility in tenure for reaching the DM level, you can

I don't know which organisation gives the above standard salary, in whatever org you work, the org employee will always say that it's lower than other org ...and it's a fact...

What’s your current JL ? If it’s less than 6 then better to drop this plan cuz it will take a lot of time and i can assure you it’s not even worth it

The variable becomes more say around 30 percent and your KRAs are more driven with revenue, RTBR and client satisfaction score. So it is very intensive and you are supposed to have excellent leadership qualities along with ruthless nature to ditch the employees wherever required. In all you become a heartless and number driven person once you go up the ladder.
