Trending @Capgemini; Is it wise to Resign without any offers?Not getting interviews due to 90 days notice

So I'm working since 4 years here and this is my first company, trying to switch since 5 months but just got 2 interviews...now I'm not getting any responses from them.

What to do? My salary is way below market just 5.5 lpa...if I resign now without offers, do u think they'll try to retain me? Else, I worry I may end up with no job

Don’t tell them that it’s 90 days notice period. Tell the recruiters that you are already serving and they can give you early release and once you get the offer you can get them extended. In between that you will be getting more calls.

Broo.. they will not retain unless and until you are a critical resource. Regarding notice period, if you can take a risk to resign you will not get offer till your last month of notice period ( my colleagues experience).
Currently market situation not so good. Still many opportunities are there. So bro if you want to get really a good hike and can negotiate with the organization you will get selected or if not selected then with CG to retain you then go and take the risk.

Yeah understood, i don't know because I thought to look for others staying here, it's been like 6 months with nothing, lost quite number of opportunities. Feels like I'll get stuck here forever now

I am in a project where one of my senior was a critical resource, and he was fed up with the daily work, he resigned and not a single management folk tried to retain him, even as today we are facing multiple challenges in our project... Management thinks they know everything but they don't and even they don't care about your retaining

Resign man if you don't have any liabilities resign, Salesforce is good technology my friends from college all switched their company
I would say put your papers around November or December so by January or February you will be in last month of your notice period and that is the time most of the companies hire

Yeah agree, I was thinking to resign now but then my notice will be year end and hires will be low then, so guess I'll wait couple of months and see

I heard that there's a buyout option available under certain circumstances, see if that helps. But apart from that, the market is bleeding internally and it's usually not advised to resign without an offer in hand. But if you're confident with your preparation and willing to take the risk, go ahead and get into a better company!
