Trending @Accenture; Is it wise to drop papers without offer currently?
Earlier it was just the accenture manager env which was toxic now even the UK clients have been motivated to grill us in the project. I dont know what is happening and i feel its better to leave than to be in a micromanaged project.
Suggestions?

Bro they are able to grill mean your skill is not upto mark, take it and work on you skill and then stay firm on what you do. They won't be able to grill you. And if they go beyond technical stuff you can involve your SDM in it they will take the escalation proper route.
Don't put your papers. Until offer in hand so that you can better negotiate with other organisation.

Skills ka koi scene nhi hai kuch log hote hi hai bkl, unrealistic expectations rakhte hai mc, 5 din ka kaam 2 din mai chahiye mkl ko.era koi passive income hota toh Ghar main ghoos kr marta bc ko

Bro my skill were same last week when the manager was different , and its not just me others have been facing issue as well so yeah i doubt its the skill

Marking is already picking up,
There are so many openings,.
Also Depending on your skill set..
If you have indepth knowledge and of sure cracking the interview the and have some expenses for 5-6 months then you can take the risk.
I am currently serving notice period although i have one offer. But mostly calls i am getting is for immediate joiner. So you can asses yourself and take the risk if you are confident

You have offers in hand?

No
