If I was you, I would not do it. Because in startups and small firms. Risk of layoffs are much higher (even if you Fe good resource)

Just do it...if you learn and survive..It will take you years ahead of your peers and even seniors in Accenture....you will have opportunities which will offer a very high pay ...compared to what you will get if you stay in Accenture...

Do it! There is no better school than startup!
The experience you might get within 2 years you will get in 6 months, With 4 YOE, you are still in the beginning, this will help you a lot, don't worry if you get laid off, you will come out with brilliant experience
