Technical analysis: The founder of sharechat was drunk one day, he was wobbly on his feet so grabbed another stumbling drunkard founder for support.
Now we will have two drunk founders trying to hold eachother up. Strong buy.
The tg of meesho are people from tier2-3 towns whose cart exp is >. Sharechat has a similar audience and claims to be building for Bharat. High ends and aspirational brands/services wouldn’t prefer to market themselves on other platforms. Meesho can tap on to sharechat distribution/audience to cross sell. The merger does make sense. At least teeny weeny.
