Is it true, That it gets harder to get into FAANG as your YOE increases?

I am software engineer, have 1 year 3 months full time experience and i am working in my second company, and many people have told me to target faang because this is the easiest time to get in. As my yoe increases it will get hard and eventually impossible. Please advise based on your overall knowledge and not on any unique case because there are always some outliers.
