Trending @Accenture; Is it true that ACN will ask employees to come to the office twice a week starting from November?
My manager told that higher management is planning this for a while and now they are finalizing it and the mail will be sent in Nov.
My question is, for 1 day a week, they are not able to accommodate seat for many locations, how will they able to accommodate twice a week if thats true ?
Did anyone receive this unofficial confirmation or any details regarding the same ?

I am also not a fan of rumours. But when I got to know my onshore people also getting the similar kind of intimation from their manager, it raised a concern and its not project based that I can confirm.
Hope this is only a rumour
So what's the problem coming 2 days as before corona we used to go 5 days a week without fail at least we have flexibility of timings and you can plan your time to go to ofice
Wow, people here are busy writing essays on pre-COVID life . I was only asking if the news is true. Funny how a simple yes/no turned into random talks. And btw, I never said I have a problem going to office
It is going to be implemented, they are trying it project basis to test the waters with spacing issues. It'll be implemented eventually sooner rather than later
My DL also told about coming office twice a week to happen soon but didn't mention any date
There has been no official confirmation but even my manager was telling that it will be twice a week soon. Let’s see what happens!!

Yup don't go for rumors until you receive mail...what you said is correct current seating capacity is not sufficient if they are forcing all to come to the office for 2 days...it may depend on project
