Is it true about WFO non compliance?

WFO non compliance dont get any hikes this year? Is it based on RTO hours or only RTO attendance? I asked my supervisor and he is not aware of it.

Yes also No Band/Position/Promotion level changes happened, I know that clearly... it's real only not a rumour!

Folks with < 60% rto did not get hike in November. I think same will be there during next annual cycle. It was documented earlier, but some folks mentioned the clause ( for fixing it) has been removed now.
