Yes , one of friend got exceeding rating but it has been downgraded to Needs Improvement and manager is telling it is due to capgemini policy and he can't help on it.it is not even in the control of project director also.

Same happened with me I got good feedback from manager but still got 4 rating just for BTO compliance what a shit.😡
