I was scrolling through reels and heard someone saying this ..

"Cities are impersonal"

I understand the psyche of the person. Even I stay in Mumbai. Haven't we ourselves made cities impersonal. If cities end up like villages , why would it be called a city anyways. Please let me know your thoughts.
