Is it tough to switch to other companies after 1 year exp in TCS?

I can't see anyone on LinkedIn or may other platform where people switched from TCS after 1 year experience. Why is that? Skill issue or because of 3 months notice period? As 3.45 LPA is way too low to survive in big cities. If anyone knows the reasons please explain. Are employees not able to skill up during the first year? Or preparing for gov. Exams etc. Or have bad peers? Please share your experience 🙏

Tcs have lot of projects with almost 0 learning, then starts the main problem - people get into their comfort zone. I have seen many people who were I'm good project switched within a year. But those like me got into comfort zone are still here.

Same here. Now after working in TCS confidence level is also lost to find out the job outside. Lost my previous exp knowledge too. Bad experience in support projects as of now.

But how to avoid this? Like what else can we do to up skill and switch. What are some signs that you are in comfort zone in tcs? And how to gain confidence again....

And now what you do when you are in your comfort zone? And what you planned for next 2-3 years so you get into good companies

Minimum 3 + exp needed for job switch , atleast 99 percent

But why is that because of laziness or not getting to learn much in project? What are some reasons for this. Are companies not giving you interview call because of tcs tag or what.
