Is it too low to get 16L with 16yrs of TCS experience ?

Very low dude. Which world are you living in ? C2 joined my team with 6 yoe and package is 27.

Too low.. i know people getting around 14 lpa for 4 years experience

Extremely low

It's standard if you have stayed in TCS for all those 16 years. It is even less than that for some with same experience.
