Is it too late to switch to a new role?

Spent 8 years in TCS, working on 1960s tech, fed up now, also programming is not my cup of tea. Tried switching ,but no luck as i myself am not interested in this tech. Is there any tech based role that does not require programming?

If you want to work in tech based, then you need to do some form of programming.
RPA can be an option. Nowadays, testing involves more programming knowledge.

You can try for scrum master roles as well
