Is it the right time to switch? Need advice from the community

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some genuine career advice and would appreciate your perspective.

I have a total of 3.5 years of experience in the IT industry. I’m currently working at PwC with a current CTC of 19 LPA, and I’ve completed 1.2 years here. Prior to this, I worked for 2.2 years at my previous organization.

I am considering a job switch now and wanted to understand:

Is this a good time to make a move in the current market?

With my experience and current compensation, is it realistic to target 25+ LPA?

What factors should I consider before making this decision?
