Is it the right decision to quit my job without an offer letter I have 3 years of experience in testing . Not getting calls don't know the actual reason . Behind it but when I get calls they mainly search for candidates who are serving np . My CTC:- 4 lpa joined as a fresher 3 you ago. Please need guidance. I am totally depress 😔.
You need to be multi skilled to get interview calls in the market. Since, 2012 technology is changing rapidly it would take at least 5 years to refresh the technology or service offerings. Since 2012 technology has been embraced at all levels. I just lost the touch to get upgraded as the phase of change is too fast.
NP is a problem, but if you have money backup for the worst case scenario, you can take that risk. Else put down when you have at least one offer.
Try referrals, wait for one more week. Connect with people working in companies where you see an opening for your role. Create a template and ping them, see if they can refer you. Wait for a week or two and see if there's any progress/calls.
