In 2020, they gave letter with 0% hike. After 6 months they gave hike. But this time it's a different management.

They can't fire their employees directly according to their policy so that they are doing cold firing by just putting a hike on hold...what I think.

In 2020 it was in October. In 2021 it was in may. 2025 it will be in q2.
