Is it still possible to get an international placement in this recession?

I am a 2025 grad, and recently got an intern offer from oracle for summer 2024. I've heard a lot of bad reviews about oracle oci on blind and Reddit. Assuming I'll get a PPO, I am focusing on trying to get an international placement right from college. I know it's not easy, but if anyone has any experience, please tell us. It would help not only me but others as well.
