Do Accenture put an ASE in PIP? i just received random negative feedback on workday from my manager.
Very serious, currently there are many ase’s sitting idle on non bill roles, so instead of default proms, they are planning to move few out
And do you have any idea on SSE who are lateral hires, completed probation but still not completed 1 year in accnture but are on bench for few months due to not getting enough project calls?
one of my friend he is already in project...anf all of sudden his people lead provided him a negative feedback and told him that higher management is targeting him as a lowest performer. is it going to affect him..are they going to put him in pip?
Negative feedback is reflection of your work as compared to other team memebers performing in your team.
