Is it safe to resign and search for opportunities in 2025
Hi Friends, I'm currently stuck in a Capgemini for 3years with mere 6% overall hike to my ctc which is now around 20lpa, I am planning to resign next month to look for opportunities as I have 90days notice and HR is not interested my profile(12+ y exp Automation lead skill set Selenium+ java+Openapi),can someone confirm the reality of the current market situation is it safe to resign now?
That’s a real dilemma and i relate/understand your concerns, I would suggest you to take the leap and risk it, no one’s gonna invite you for an interview because of a 90 day notice period.
Don’t delve much into the probable worst situation possible which is not getting a job, instead think of the best possible outcome such as a 30lpa offer or an onsite opportunity.

Unless you are mentally affected to the level you cannot do it anymore, don't resign without any offer in hand. The job market is brutal currently.
I would say without offer do not resign. I tell from my experience of 3 lay off. I am may be unlucky but please you do not get.
After long thought process I have decided to resign today without any offer in hand, hoping for the best
