12moIs it safe to quit now?
I have no backup offers but I have been experiencing burn out and I'm so done I just want to quit but I also know out of emotional stress I cannot make impulsive decisions.
Besides emotional stress I feel there's no growth in terms of work and money. Im worried if I quit now will I get another job? Market is unpredictable now..
It's also not easy to get offers due to my NP 3 months I'm not sure what to do.
Please feel free to add any suggestions below.

The best indicator to a good job market is when offers will be rolled out despite notice period of 3 months.

My 2 cents: Quit only if you can afford to survive for atleast 3Y without a job. Very likely that the market won't get better till 2027.
