Is it safe to quit now?

I have no backup offers but I have been experiencing burn out and I'm so done I just want to quit but I also know out of emotional stress I cannot make impulsive decisions.

Besides emotional stress I feel there's no growth in terms of work and money. Im worried if I quit now will I get another job? Market is unpredictable now..

It's also not easy to get offers due to my NP 3 months I'm not sure what to do.

Please feel free to add any suggestions below.

Bhai agar skills pe confidence ho toh krdo quit, mera bhi same issue (Breadwinner in the Family, 3.5 years of exp, 4.5 LPA salary, 3 months NP) kya hi batau, preparation chalu hai, naukri pe serving NP dal diya isliye call aa rahe hai. I am also thinking of resigning.

Agar aj 1st March hai to mein 26th or 27th March add krta hu aur jab calls nhi ate tab date increment krto hu roj. Aur agar call aya to update nahi krta thode dino ke liye.

I was in a similar situation. I grinded till i got an offer and then resigned(2 months NP). Afterwards I got a couple more better offers but it was a cakewalk (since i was already prepared and stress free).

My advice would be to get at least 1 offer before resigning.

Karna toh h bhai lekin yeh dikkat h k ghar ki responsibility mujh pe hi h.. Jo market ki halat h usse darr lagta h agar job milne 1 ya 2 month se zyaada ho gaya toh kya karun

I was on 3 months NP. I would suggest brush up DSA and other skills then quit. Opportunities are there in market but when you are on NP, you feel high pressure.

I will suggest, start preparing and going for interviews, start with okish companies.. once you feel you are able to Crack most rounds of them and are midway in your preferable companies, it should be the right time to resign
