What i did was i sent an email that i am resigning or have resigned around 9:30pm and then in morning 8am itself got the call. But did not initiate separation in portal and just demanded promotion hike and relocation to Mumbai. Got 65% hike promotion and no relocation since there were multiple transfers on hold like thousands of queue but got wfh from past 1 year now

And then got just what i wanted. And they asked me to take back my papers. So at that time i initiated separation after getting promotion and hike in written and then that day itself i took my papers back

Discuss what? This is my first job and I don't know what to even discuss when resigning.

No. I put paper without informing manager. He will get the mail for ur resignation. If he asks why this, then say got better opportunity. That's it
