Trending @Wipro; Is it right thing ,begging for a project in wipro
Right now I'm in free pool, do I need to beg for a project??. I'm seeing the people texting to project managers and DM for project allocation but getting no proper responses. It is their duty to allocate a project to the people under them. Having good skills but not getting any project is the worst thing in wipro. I have only 3 months if I don't have a project then I need to resign
Any suggestions?
I have 2.5 years of experience Skills: Java ,spring boot, microservices, react js

It seems like this is a common phenomenon in Wipro.
I have been sitting idle for 8 months no project work yet.
Have been pinging DM for work but no positive response.
Now I’m on bench since last month.

It's a loop try outside. And if ever you get project it will be after lots of begging that too in some other skillset only which will affect your confidence.

Yes, I have good knowledge on Java, spring boot, microservices, reacts js and sql. But in my last project i worked as an automation tester using selenium+cucumber+rest assured.I lost hope in wipro they won't give me developing opportunities.

Try outside. Wipro is terrible.

How many months completed on free pool as of now ?@VividLabel4

One month

Try outside wipro

Begging isn't the right word! In any service based you need to hunt project, try contacting WMG hr on daily basis reach out to managers, try meeting people in general ODC S1 first floor

Bro honestly switch company you'll find better opportunities outside wipro
