Trending @Accenture; Is it right place for me ?
I joined GN Song around 6 months ago, from a reputed organization. There are a few observations that require some validation, is there anyone feeling the same as me or maybe the culture is like that, please comment
- I never felt welcomed or included in the stream aligned to me ?
- My people lead barely speaks to me , may he be too busy or is very biased as he speaks to others ?
- The way projects are allocated is not fair, there is no transparency. However the Sr. MD pushes for chargeability in all meetings. I am happy to have work, provided they give me work without politics!
- I wonder how folks have spent around 10+ years here ?
Any tips and comments are welcome, before I break emotionally and regret my decision to join accenture!

all the 4 points very true. It will depend a lot on You to take initiatives, be it building your connection, scheduling connects with your PL, fighting to get the project you want.
you will have to proactively work on the above and reiterate at every other calls with your PL and the execs you work with.
Otherwise, you will be HL, but you will simply go with the flow and bang 10 years are over

Thanks a lot, my PL is least bothered to build any connect .....it feels like I m talking to a wall.... Also, the legacy gang makes me feel ineffective in whatever I do....

Might you can connect with your teammates who are juniors to have connection and understand more about your leads. Your juniors might feel same. Don’t take in negative sense.
