Is it reasonable to switch to startup from MnC?

Hi everyone,

I have 8 years of experience into python, Azure, AI and Data Science. I have been into MnC service based companies only. I have this regret that in my early career I should have worked in a product startup company so that I could have learned a lot. Also, since I have 8 years of experience and my beginning of career almost 4 years, is also not into development. As my experience going high, I feel like going into tech giants like a lead or something will be an issue. I want to build some confidence. I have 23lpa and am kind of ok with 27-29lpa. Am I living in reality? Is it possible ? Am I taking too much of a risk?
