Is it reasonable to expect a 50% hike for yoe <1 year

I have 8 months to 1 year experience in my current role and my CTC is around 6.7 lpa and I'm trying to apply for entry level analyst and risk management roles. But they all have lesser package than what I'm getting now. Do I have any chance of negotiating my compensation? What is the minimum hike I can expect?

It is almost impossible to negotiate for entry level roles. Maybe you can stay for 6 months more and then apply for a higher level position. Till then you can upskill. If you are targeting 10 LPA now, with 1.5 - 2 YoE you might be able to get 15 LPA. Keep in mind if you should avoid switching again and again. So think long term.

Actually, I don't enjoy what I'm doing rn one bit. I want to leave this job asap. I only stayed this long cuz we'll get a bonus next month and was planning to put my papers after that. I definitely can't stay here for more than a year.
