Trending @Accenture; Is it real that if I get rejected from 2 client interviews while in bench, Accenture will put me in PIP? Or will they provide some time?
Third project you’ve to say yes, no option to say no. No pip is there. Better you take second project otherwise escalation starts. Better you don’t give good interview.
I have received a mail from smart stating - If u r unable to clear 2 opportunities or 2 rejections at technical or client interviews then, u will have to undergo Capability Improvement Plan(CIP).
So it’s not PIP but CIP. BTW did you get any rejection, why u so worried
If you are on bench for too long without a project before asking to resign ,there is a skill evaluation sent to one of the interviewers from your technology once he provides feedback then only you are asked to resign... I have taken such interviews and shared evaluation for my skill set ...
Study hard just your core still then you’ll be able to chest
