Is it possible to transfer from TCS chennai to TCS coimbatore? If already tagged in Chennai project?
You can easily go to the moon , rather than getting a location transfer in tcs
So I get release from current project and can I join some project in coimbatore?
Firstly if you think you can get release from any project that easily then you are not aware of the shitstorm it brings. Second task would be even difficult to achieve because senior management doesn’t listen to any reason whether personal or any emergency. 2 years back one of my friend got his location transfer easily without much discussion so i recommended the same to my other colleague, but this time his request was straight away denied and he was told to report to bangalore office. It was going well for him earlier as he was coming to delhi office near to his home. It kinda backfired for him
Yes possible. In my previous account, last year they opened a new odc in coimbatore and actually asked people who would want voluntary relocation from Chennai to coimbatore. Quite a few people relocated. But your project odc should be there in both the locations for easy relocation.
If project ODC not available, then what will be process ?will they follow Domestic transfer policy or simply ignore?
